莫日根教授简介

                                                                                                              

莫日根(Morigen),19847月毕业于beat365在线体育唯一正版植物学专业,获学士学位;20053月毕业于挪威奥斯陆大学分子生物学专业,获博士学位;20054月至20099月在挪威肿瘤医院癌症研究所做博士后研究。200910月回国任beat365在线体育唯一正版生物化学与分子生物学教授、博士生导师,201010月至20203月任beat365官方网站副院长、院长,提出“立足草畜、旁及医药、创建一流”的办学方针。

现任内蒙古自治区细胞分子调控重点实验室主任、内蒙古自治区细胞分子工程技术研究中心主任。兼任内蒙古生物化学与分子生物学会理事长、中国细胞生物学会理事、《高校生物学教学研究(电子版)》《中国细胞生物学学报》《中国生物化学与分子生物学报》编委、《Frontiers in MicrobiologyTopic Editor

国家级一流本科分子生物学课程负责人、内蒙古自治区生物化学系列课程教学团队负责人。提出“以立德树人为本、重能力、求创新、国际化、个性化培养”的教学理念,创建并实践“多维度立体化生命科学本科创新人才培养体系”,实践科学史和问题导向的教学方法,提出了一系列独到见解和看法,发表教学研究论文19篇。获高等教育类内蒙古自治区教学成果一等奖和三等奖各1

一、研究领域和兴趣:

1. 细菌基因组稳定与演化机制。主要以大肠杆菌为模式生物,研究DNA复制与基因组稳定、细胞周期和基因表达调控机制,揭示细胞环境适应性和耐药性分子机理。

2. 肿瘤细胞DNA复制与基因组稳定以及细胞衰老。
